Fire Safety Enforcement Draft Policy Framework

Overview

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) have recently reviewed their framework that details how we are looking to deliver our Enforcement activities for relevant premises over the next few years. It remains risk based and will continue to focus on higher risk premises such as those involving substantial care or sleeping, hereby making the most efficient use of resources available.

As part of our process to ensure our communities, partners and stakeholders have an opportunity to view the draft framework and contribute any comments an online survey has been created. The draft document along with a link to the online survey can be accessed below and expires on Friday 6^th October 2017.
